I am a very happy customer owning one of your 36V front hub conversion kits kits. I've been using my e-bike as my primary vehicle for a little over two years now, and as of last fall, my 36V 10AHr battery pack died on me from sitting too long without being charged (I had a flat tire and left the bike sitting for too long).

I am very interested in purchasing a replacement battery ...

I need help. I have a 48 volt Fusin motor. I need to replace the 3 nylon planetary gears found on the clutch. I live in the USA, so if I can buy them in North America, all the better. Thank you for your time.

As I do not have any luck with my previous bike (steep-slope-climbing-t65.html) I have to build one with more torque.

I intend to install your 48v kit on a bike like this one


Is it possible? And if installation is not a problem, will the kit have enough torque for climding a slope of 13 to 15 degree (with moderate pedaling)?

I got the front wheel and rear wheel versions from Louis last year. For the front wheel version, last year I tested it and found that the third gear (the H gear more preciously) was not working. I wrote to Louis and he gave me several suggestions. But I still could not get the H gear working. And Louis's final suggestion was to send the motor back to him ...

I've read just good comments about your hub motor and kits.

I live in Canada, do you ship direct to customers or do you have resellers here? In the USA?

I'll convert road bike and would really prefer pedelec over throttle to keep alternating my hand positions on the handle. Do you sell pedelec? Can it work with all your controllers or at least those in your current kit(s)?
