Where to buy?

Hi,

I've read just good comments about your hub motor and kits.

I live in Canada, do you ship direct to customers or do you have resellers here? In the USA?

I'll convert road bike and would really prefer pedelec over throttle to keep alternating my hand positions on the handle. Do you sell pedelec? Can it work with all your controllers or at least those in your current kit(s)?

Thanks.

Are sample motors available for purchase anywhere?

I don't want a kit, all I want is the motor and one which does NOT freewheel. Does anyone have one available?

Also are there retrofit non-freewheeling gear assemblies available for the original freewheeling motors?

Mounting a Front Hub

I just thought I would share how I mounted my front hub motor. I was running aluminum suspension forks for 1500 miles or more. Probably not a good idea. You can see how the washer was not sitting right. This can be dangerous...

Testing of 48v 500w kit-Version 1

I would like to begin testing of the original version of this kit with the freewheel and no EABS. My bike has almost 1400 miles on it so these aren't out of the box numbers on a brand new motor. I will do maybe ten rides and give an average.
My bike is a full supension mountain bike with 26 inch wheels. I'm running Kenda Kross tires inflated to 50 lbs. These test will be ...

steep slope climbing

Dear all,

First of all, please forgive me for cross posting here and in the endless sphere. http://www.endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=12827&p=190381#p190381

I have a e-bike which is nicely built (and looks very nice too) Imagehttp://www.unikcycles.com/big_.asp?pid=155but has a relatively weak motor. just 250W on a 36V 10Ah battery. I want it to climb a 15degree slope. I know (now) that I asked too much of it. Even with hard pedaling, it can't make it. But if it can't make ...

Test Report on the 24V controller Part 2

On the Road
When I rode the bike on the paved road or trails, the performance of the controller is beyond my expectations. I use the bike to go to work or on trails just for fun. I have ridden the bike with Louis’s controller for about 100 miles so far. I would like to talk about the performance of the controller from the perspective of my own needs for an electric bike.

Pedal Assist ...
