thanks for the interests in our kits, sorry for the delayed response, here we just have had a long holiday for Chinese New Year

As of your question yes our kit is EU sandard 25kph compliant, that is when speed reaches 25kph it will cut off the power and speed will be lowered down. (of course you could increase your max speed if you want, this will be realiszed by adjusting the max speed on the ebike analyyst).
